This program enables you to explore some of the cutting edge ideas, new tastes and new ingredients in recipes crafted by those at the top of the field.

For several years, Jamie has been exemplifying the craft at the highest level from bars in Vancouver and Seattle, and sharing his experiences and experiments on his extraordinary blog. Jamie’s contributions to Cocktails+ illustrate the ideal blending of classicism, contemporary ingredients, and new culinary techniques, as well his inspiring drink photography.
Dale DeGroff
Almost single-handedly responsible for the current world-wide renaissance of the cocktail, Dale DeGroff requires either no introduction, or multiple volumes. We’re delighted to feature a taste of his unparalleled experience within Cocktails in the form of both new originals and highly tuned classics.
Gonçalo De Souza Monteiro
Gonçalo has been actively contributing to the European cocktail scene for years from bars in Berlin and Hamburg and in the pages of Mixology magazine. Gonçalo’s contributions provide insight into the European expression of the cocktail renaissance as well personal insight into the creation of new drinks.
